Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which Luno Research Glossary Library Enterprise issues refunds, handles rescheduling, and manages cancellations for scheduled educational seminars, custom briefings, and curriculum development services.

1. Seminar & Research Briefing Cancellations

Because our educational researchers invest dedicated preparation time to assemble custom curricula, analyze institutional baselines, and allocate seminar room resources, the following cancellation schedule applies:

• Cancellation Notice Given 14 Days or More Prior to Session: Full refund of the 30% booking deposit, minus a standard administrative processing fee of RM 100.
• Cancellation Notice Given 7 to 13 Days Prior to Session: 50% refund of the booking deposit.
• Cancellation Notice Given Less Than 7 Days Prior to Session: The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable, as research preparation and schedule reservation will have been finalized.
• No-Shows on Scheduled Date: If a registered cohort fails to attend a confirmed live or virtual briefing without prior written notice, the entire session fee is non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We recognize that operational demands can change unexpectedly. Clients may request to reschedule a confirmed seminar date subject to the following rules:

• Advance Rescheduling (7+ Days Notice): One complimentary rescheduling to an alternate mutually available date within 60 calendar days of the original booking.
• Short-Notice Rescheduling (Less than 7 Days Notice): Subject to a RM 250 rescheduling fee to cover staff reallocation costs.

3. Bespoke Curriculum Development Projects

For custom terminology handbooks and multi-chapter curriculum compilations:

• Work Not Yet Commenced: If a client cancels within 48 hours of initial contract signing and prior to syllabus research commencement, a 100% refund of payments received is issued.
• Work in Progress: If cancellation occurs after the taxonomy structuring or draft glossary compilation has begun, billing will be pro-rated based on the milestone percentage completed, with any remaining unearned balance refunded.
• Completed & Delivered Materials: Once digital curriculum deliverables, visual diagrams, or finalized handbook files have been transferred, all fees become non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time & Method

• Refund Requests: All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@flow-beaconhub.click with your invoice reference number.
• Review Period: Our administrative office will review and confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued exclusively via the original payment method (bank wire transfer or electronic funds transfer).
